01About these terms
Zable AI is the operator of this service. These terms cover the customer website, workspace and API access. This version is a review draft; the operator’s registered jurisdiction, address and contact channels have not yet been supplied. No effective date for public release has been set.
02The service
Zable provides access to third-party AI models through a shared API endpoint. Available models, supported features, limits and rates are shown in the service. A model’s name or logo identifies that model; it does not imply that its developer operates or endorses Zable. Your chosen client or integration may have separate terms.
03Accounts and credentials
Provide accurate account information and use the service only if you have the legal capacity and authority to do so. If acting for an organization, you must be authorized to bind it. Protect your password and API keys, manage access to your applications and disable compromised keys promptly. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account, subject to applicable law.
04Credits and usage
Credits measure access to model services; they are not currency or an investment. Input, output, cache and other supported request components can have different consumption multipliers. Review the model details and applicable access group before a request. Estimates are indicative; recorded usage determines the charge. Available credits do not guarantee access to every model or remove rate limits.
05Memberships and additional credits
The purchase screen must disclose the plan price, duration, included allowance, reset schedule, applicable models and any expiry or rollover rules before you pay. While an eligible membership is active, its available allowance is used first; the same API key can use additional credits when that allowance is exhausted. A request may use both. Additional credits do not extend an expired membership. Do not assume unused allowances roll over or that renewal is automatic unless explicitly stated in the purchase flow.
06Payments, cancellation and refunds
Review the currency, taxes, fees and complete order amount shown before authorizing payment. Only an explicit renewal or recharge arrangement authorizes recurring charges; having an account or saving a payment method alone does not. Refund eligibility and cancellation arrangements must be disclosed at purchase. This draft does not introduce a blanket no-refund rule or promise an unconditional refund window. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Keep your order ID and request records when reporting a billing discrepancy.
07Permitted use
Use the service lawfully and respect the rights of others and any applicable model-provider restrictions. Do not use it for fraud, exploitation, unlawful surveillance, unauthorized access, malware or infringement. Do not steal credentials, evade usage or payment controls, or deliberately disrupt the service. When integrating Zable into your own product, obtain the permissions needed for the data you submit and communicate relevant usage restrictions to your users.
08Your content and AI output
You retain the rights you already hold in your inputs. You authorize the processing and transmission needed to fulfill your requests and operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Output rights and usage permissions may also depend on the model provider and applicable law; availability does not guarantee exclusive rights or non-infringement. AI output may be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Review it before publishing or using it for consequential decisions.
09Availability and account restrictions
Model availability, limits and features may change, and interruptions may occur. Zable may restrict access where necessary to address abuse, security issues, unpaid charges or legal obligations. Where practicable, material changes and the reason for a restriction should be communicated through the service or account email, subject to legal and security constraints. Charges and rights arising before closure remain subject to these terms and applicable law.
10Responsibility and disputes
No general statement about availability or AI output removes obligations or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. This draft does not select a foreign court, compulsory arbitration process or numerical liability cap. The governing-law and dispute-contact details remain to be completed once the operator’s jurisdiction is confirmed. Applicable mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
11Changes and contact
The version shown on this page identifies the text presented to you. Material changes should be communicated before they take effect and further agreement obtained where required. Customer support and legal contact details will be published here before public launch. Do not send passwords, full API keys or unnecessary sensitive content in a support request.
